FAQs

Our doctors are not enrolled in any managed care plans. However, the majority of our patients use the out-of-network benefits offered by their insurance to cover some of the costs. Our staff will submit claims to your insurance carrier and assist you with reimbursement.

These services are not reimbursable by Medicare. If you have secondary or private health insurance, you may be able to apply for reimbursement.

Please access the Patient Portal before your appointment where most of this information can be entered.
